Heart of Tulsa is presented by An Affair of the Heart, Oklahoma’s largest show of its kind started in Oklahoma City in 1985. The show’s success allowed it to grow to two events annually in Oklahoma City, and in 1995, the owners introduced the show to the Tulsa market where it has been growing steadily each year.

Held annually in Tulsa each July and November, the show hosts 800 booths and more than 22,000 attendees.

Exhibitors return each year to Heart of Tulsa because it is a well organized, experienced show that attracts the right attendees for a successful event.

How do I become a vendor?

Fill out the jury application and submit it. Once you are an approved vendor, you are eligible to reserve booth space in one of our shows.

Part of Affair of the Heart’s success is the time and attention we devote to promoting the show in advance to ensure attendance is optimal. Driving customers to the website through social media and traditional advertising helps them get an idea of what to expect, what vendors to visit and how much money to bring.
